Booking your perfect place to stay
Follow these simple steps to complete your booking:
  1. Check that you have entered the correct dates and click the ‘Book Now’ button.
  2. Enter your payment details. Payment is taken on confirmation, but is only transferred to the host 24 hours after you check in, and are satisfied with everything.
  3. Confirmation of your booking will automatically be sent to your email address for you to view and print
  4. After your trip remember to leave a review of the property to help others find their perfect place to stay.
What does instant booking and booking request mean?
Instant booking

If you select an instant booking property you will immediately receive confirmation of your booking. Use the ‘sort by’ filter on the property search result page to quickly find only instant booking properties.

Booking request

If you choose to book a place that is not showing the ‘instant booking’ text, your host will immediately receive a booking request from you and will reply within 24 hours to confirm.

Please note that if you book an instant booking property your payment is immediately taken so please ensure that there is sufficient money on your account.

Can I send more than 1 booking request?

We recommend you send a booking request to 3 or more properties to ensure you get the fastest reply. You will only be charged for the booking of 1 property which will be the first that accepts your booking request.

Tip: Introduce yourself by sending the host a friendly message to let them know a little about yourself and your reason for travel.

Do I have to sign up to book a place?

Yes, you will need to enter your name and email address to be able to book a place on myhotelapartment. This can quickly be done during the booking process or you can use our sign in with facebook link at anytime to sign up to myhotelapartment. This link can be found at the top of the page. Once signed up you will be able to start earning myhotelapartment travel credits to use on your next booking.

Tip: Upload a profile photo and it will increase your chance of a positive response from a property owner when sending a booking request.

Where can I find my booking details?

You’ll find details of all your bookings in your dashboard under Bookings > My trips.
